Congratulations to our Major Pennant team who on Sunday in hot blustery conditions at Penrith won their Semi Final defeating Oatlands 5.5/1.5 after winning the away leg at Oatlands 4/3 back in August. This not only gets them into the Final next week but importantly gets Penrith Golf Club into Division 1 next year for the first time the clubs history!
This is an absolutely terrific result for the boys and one to be proud of by a team consisting of Chris Lawler, Dale Hughes, Alex Platts, Jeff Gadd, Blade Gadd, Craig Montgomery, Wil Arnold, Daniel Smyth, Peter Morris, Blake Murray, Michael Organ, David Bishop and managed by Ian Gallagher.
Well done boys! The final next Sunday 6 December is against Twin Creeks on the Gangurru course Riverside Oaks. Tee off is 10.45. Good luck guys!!!
