Penrith Golf Club fielded a number of exciting young players from the Nepean District in this year’s Eric Apperly Shield including Coby Carruthers, Chazz Ritchie, Blake Hodges, Reginald Papps, Michael Organ, Blake Murray and Lachlan Baker.
Manager Jamie Organ has said, “Of the 5 matches played, the team halved three and lost two which was a sound result given the quality of the competition – such as The Lakes and Pymble Golf Clubs.”
Penrith finished in 4th spot and we are keen to see how the guys go next year. Congrats on a solid effort boys!
