New Clubhouse set to re-open Wednesday 15th July
Penrith Golf Club has almost completed its multi-million-dollar renovation and Club Members will be pleased to see that the new design and interiors have truly transformed the venue.
Seven Hills RSL Group Management, together with Integrated Projects, have bought the club into the 21st century with a fresh and contemporary feel, creating an open atmosphere to make the most of the beautiful views of the golf course fairways.
The new open plan space has given the clubhouse a light, relaxed ambiance. Club General Manager, Joseph Bayssari said, “Members have been crying out for an update of the Club facilities for years, and I think that they will be pleased with the changes we have made. Now that the bistro, bar, and lounge areas are more open, it feels so much more relaxing and modern – the Club really has moved with the times.”
The multi-million-dollar project is expected to cater for the growing population of the Glenmore Park and South Penrith community. The idea behind the renovations is to provide the neighbourhood with a fun, safe and modern venue where people feel welcome and younger generations can interact with the older members who have entertaining stories and memories to share.
“Penrith Golf Club is growing from strength to strength with more and more local residents wanting to join each day. It is important that we create a vibrant venue that can be woven into the fabric of our local community,” says Club President, Barry Wilson.
Penrith Golf Club will be a great place to enjoy some time out with friends or celebrate a special occasion. The Club is set to re-open its doors on Wednesday 15th July after a long shutdown due to Covid-19.
Welcome back friendly faces, long lunches and celebrations with your mates. Welcome back the sense of community we have all been missing in a fresh, bright new club for you to enjoy.
